The purchase of my own forst home in Weston, Florida was my very first real estate transaction as a new agent in 2004. During the search I fell in love with the process and quickly understood that the best agent is the one who comprehensively knows the area that is working on, the market cunditions at any given time and the ins and outs of real estate. The last trait was the hardest to acquire, it takes time and perseverance in a changing environment to fully grasp this vital component. Forward to 2024, with an enormous uninterrupted track record in sales and rentals both in residential and commercial, I can say that I'm still loving being part of this ever thriving industry and the motor of America. I now reside in the Aventura area and my zone spectrum encompasses from Miami Beach to Boca Raton and from the Atlantic Ocean to the Everglades. I strongly believe that owning real estate in South Florida is one of the best financial moves anyone can do; I work with buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords and no deal is too small for me - todays tenant will be tomorrow's buyer, this has been proven over and over again during my 20 years as a Realtor.
