I’m Denise Gurgueira, a South Florida real estate professional with over a decade of experience helping clients relocate, invest, and establish themselves with confidence in the U.S. real estate market. Originally from Brazil and fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, I understand the cultural, financial, and lifestyle considerations involved in international moves and cross-border transactions.
