About Tatiana

I’m Tatiana Santana Boudreaux and my journey is one of passion and determination.  I was born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela where my parents instilled in me a love for languages and an appreciation for nature.

Studying Tourism Management in college, I aspired to share the Amazon and Orinoco belt’s amazing fishing experiences with anglers from around the world. However, the socio-political situation in Venezuela led me to embark on a different path.

What I adore about real estate, property management, and short-term rentals is the opportunity to interact with both national and international tourists. Engaging with guests and practicing various languages enriches my daily experiences.

Over the years, my husband Andre and I have built a thriving real estate business and a diverse portfolio of successful ventures, including short-term and long-term rentals, investments, and exciting projects in Southeast and Central Florida.

Over time, our business grew organically through word of mouth, and meeting people who came to South Florida for vacation and ended up buying a place (or two) of their own that we manage.  

In 2022, Andre was in a devastating car accident where he suffered extensive burns over 50% of his body and the loss of his right leg below the knee. Despite the challenges and hardships, this marked a moment of transformation. United by our experiences and the fire of resilience, we united our strengths, forming a powerful real estate partnership. Together, we established a vibrant real estate team, lovingly named “Beauty and the Phoenix,” embodying our journey of overcoming adversity and rising anew from the ashes of life’s challenges.

With Andre’s marketing prowess and my attention to detail, we’ve forged a formidable partnership, propelling our real estate portfolio to new heights. My belief in energy and its transformative power inspires me daily—a belief instilled through reading and meditation, reinforcing the notion that we shape our reality through our energy and intentions.
